The Ladies Sction here at the Dorset Golf and Country Club is a large and active section headed by our club captain Mrs Glenda Llewellyn and her selected committee.

Ours Ladies Section welcomes all new members and encourages participation within the section as soon as you can. If you have not got a handicap, our ladies will aid you in every way to achieve this as soon you feel ready.

Competitions are held here at the club every week for all members to participate in. Just put your name on the entry sheet in the Ladies Changing Rooms and enjoy your round!

We have a regular Ladies Day on Thursday Mornings, and on Saturday Mornings for the working lady, which offer a casual internal competition to all lady members.

We also have a Ladies Roll-Up every Tuesday morning that is welcome to all lady members, with or without a handicap. It is a great way to meet the other lady members and begin to participate in our section.
