Count Christian Lerche
Chairman
Danish Count and Business man, Count Christian purchased the old Lakey Hills Club in 1990 and set about building a championship golf course using the best of the old course and new holes created by the renowned Martin Hawtree. Count Christian and Countess Inga are often seen in the clubhouse.

Director
John brings over twenty five years of golf club management experience to the Dorset Golf & Country Club, john plays off a seven handicap when he can find time to get on the courses, John is a businessman from Bath, married with two children.

Ian is an honours graduate from the University of Wales, married with one daugther, Iain worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers in London, now Iain who fortunately does not play golf spends more time excercising his skills as a chartered accountant.

klaus is the senior partner of Lowzow and Monberg who are one of the leading firms of commercial lawyers in Copenhagen, Denmark, The company has clients across Europe.

Graham Packer
General Manager
Graham has wealth of experience in both managing complexes, some of the busiest in the South of England, as well as being a Golf Professional of some 25 years with experience of teaching all levels of golfer. Grahams highlight of a glittering career has been his tutelage of aspiring young professional Lee James, and a visit to Augusta when Lee competed in the Masters through Lee winning the British Amateur Championship in 1994.

Scott Porter
PGA Head Professional
Scott has been at The Dorset for 4 years and has seen many positive changes to the club. Scott has gained a wealth of experience in both teaching and playing, from teaching at one of the biggest complexes in the south of England to a teaching academy in Toronto, Canada. Scott has played on the Mastercard Tour Europro Tour, and various regional Tours. Through this experience Scott has developed his own unique style of teaching which is both informative, constructive yet fun. Scott has also taught at Wentworth for Volvo, at the PGA Championship and as a coach for the county. He can teach anyone from absolute beginner to touring Pro.
