Terms and Conditions for Dorset Golf and Country Club Preferred Guest Cashback Rewards Card

1. Cashback Rewards Program
The Preferred Guest Cashback Rewards Card offers a cashback reward of 5% on eligible purchases of green fees. Cashback can only be redeemed towards the cost of green fees and has no monetary value, valid only in the Pro Shop at the time of a green fee purchase.

2. Eligible Green Fees
Cashback is only applicable on Preferred Guest Green Fees and cannot be used in conjunction with any non-preferred guest offers, such as society green fees or other discounted rates.

3. Cashback Redemption
Cashback can only be redeemed in whole £ denominations. For example, cashback earned on a green fee of £37.50 will result in cashback of £37.00. Cashback must be redeemed at the time of green fee purchase in the Pro Shop. The Preferred Guest Rewards Card must be presented to Pro Shop staff to load and apply the cashback.

4. Non-Eligibility for Past Rounds
Retrospective rounds played prior to receiving the Preferred Guest Rewards Card are not eligible for cashback. Only purchases made after receiving the card can earn cashback rewards.

5. Issuance and Replacement of Card
The first Preferred Guest Cashback Rewards Card will be issued free of charge. A fee of £5 will apply for any replacement cards.

6. Changes to Cashback Terms
Dorset Golf and Country Club reserves the right to alter the cashback amount at any time if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Cancellation and Termination
Dorset Golf and Country Club reserves the right to remove or cancel the Cashback Rewards Program at any time, without prior notice.
